Business Development / Marketing Manager Sydney Permanent The Business Development / Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to further expand the job opportunities for clients and partnership opportunities for the organisation. He / She will be largely involved in identifying new business opportunities with employers and businesses, establishing key accounts with large businesses and managing relationships with stakeholders. Applicants must have:
  • 3 or more years in the development of sales and marketing analysis & strategies.
  • Bachelor/Master degree in Business and IT
  • Outstanding communication skills and presentation skills to facilitate user groups
  • Experience conducting marketing campaigns and road shows
  • Development of Website and online business network strategies.
  • Marketing Intelligence gathering skills
  • Strong understanding of business planning and the marketing function.

The successful candidate will be given responsibility, including, but not limited to:

  • Project management and collaboration with varied stakeholders
  • Competitive pricing strategy and analysis.
  • Development of Innovative service offerings.

Business Analyst – Banking Sydney Contract Candidates must have minimum of 4yrs experience being a Business Analyst.
  • Knowledge of banking products, including familiarity with branch operations and front line systems
  • Strong relationship management with a drive to deliver top quality solutions, and ability to build and manage successful relationships with counterparties and IT team
  • Experience working on a large core banking upgrade or implementation project
  • 10+ experience in IT with 6+ experience in Technical Business Analysis
  • 3 -5 Years in a Leadership Role preferably as a Lead Business Analyst
  • Ability to consult with a range of business and technical stakeholders to elicit requirements
  • Flexibility to engage in a mix of hands-on data analysis as well as leadership and the ability to mentor
  • Good knowledge in Project Management
  • Strong written, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Very strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in Banking and Finance Industry preferred

Payroll Officer Sydney Contract Candidate should have worked as a payroll team member running payroll and have good experience with the Australian payroll legislation requirements.
  • Ensure all pays are accurately prepared and processed in a timely manner in the strict accordance with relevant Awards, Agreements and Payroll Office procedures.
  • Ensure the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of all payroll data, including leave management and personnel records.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all payroll enquiries received.
  • Ensure all payrolls are checked and signed off at the completion of the payroll.
  • Payment and reconciliation of Payroll and PAYG taxes.
